Central extractor brush module for iRobot Roomba series e, i.

It does not have tank or extra dirt sensors.

This cart has only two connectors that connect to the board.

Not all Roombas are equipped with extra bin and dirt sensors. You can tell if your robot has these sensors by looking at your green extractor brush module.

  1. Tank sensor . Intended to detect when the tank is full. The brush module of your robot comes equipped with two black pieces located on the dirt outlet that goes to the tank. In addition, the modules that come equipped with this sensor have three connectors on the bottom. This item does not come equipped with this sensor.
  2. Extra dirt sensor . Designed to detect a particularly dirty area so that the robot can focus on it. It is a round metal plate (the size of a coin) located under the rollers. It can be easily seen by removing the green rollers. The modules that come equipped with this sensor also have three connectors on the bottom. This item does not come equipped with this sensor.

Modules with three connectors equipped with dirt and bin sensors can work on robots with only two connectors. They are a bit more expensive and we therefore recommend purchasing the same module that is equipped on your robot.
