We offer different types of maintenance adapted to the needs of your Roomba. In all of them, your Roomba will be tested before and after the service is performed.

If we detect any part in poor condition while performing maintenance, we will contact you so that you can authorize us to replace it. (This will be quoted separately)

The price of all maintenance services includes home collection, service and subsequent delivery.

Basic Maintenance (Every 1 or 2 years)

It is recommended to carry out this maintenance every 1 or 2 years depending on the amount of dirt that has accumulated. The sensors are dismantled and cleaned, as well as the main parts where dirt accumulates the most, improving the performance of your Roomba and protecting it from possible breakdowns.

In addition, the software is updated and the most exposed moving parts of the robot are lubricated.

Complete Maintenance (Every 4 years)

It is intended for older Roombas that are 4 years old or older.

In addition to carrying out all the basic maintenance processes, we disassemble all the gears of the carriage and all the parts of the tank (turbine, etc.) to eliminate friction, noise and improve the performance of your Roomba.

We also clean the outside of your robot and apply a layer of wax to improve its exterior appearance. (Within its possibilities)

Comprehensive Maintenance (Complete + brushes, filters and battery)

This maintenance is recommended for robots with significant loss of performance, that make noise and whose battery no longer lasts long enough.

The sensors and all the parts are dismantled, cleaned, lubricated and greased, the brush carriage is cleaned, greased, the central brushes and the side brush are changed, the battery is changed and the tank filters are also changed.

In addition, we update the software, clean your Roomba on the outside and wax it to make it shine again. (Within its possibilities)

We will receive the notice and send our carrier to your home to pick up your Roomba. Remember to pack and protect it properly…

Once we receive your Roomba, our qualified staff will carry out the maintenance service you selected at the time of purchase.

Within 24/48 hours we will have your Roomba ready and we will send it to you so you can enjoy it like the first day.

It is important to have your Roomba ready even before placing the order, as sometimes the carrier arrives just a few hours after placing the order.

You don't have to worry, it's simple...

The most important thing is to have your Roomba ready as soon as you book the service. It is possible that our carrier will come by the same day, even that same morning or afternoon...

When you purchase a Roomba Maintenance service, the system will ask for your address.

We will send our transport company to the address you provide to pick up your Roomba and bring it to our headquarters.

Once we have finished it, we will return it to you at the same address.

Although our transport efficiency is almost 100%, it is important that you carefully pack your Roomba and protect it from any possible impacts it may suffer during transport.

You must take into account

• As soon as you place your Roomba maintenance order, you should have it ready. Our carrier may arrive shortly...
• Send only your Roomba, do not send accessories. Virtual walls, charging bases, battery, etc.
• For transport, it is highly recommended to remove the battery from your robot. Due to movement, it could start working accidentally.
• If you are also sending us your robot's battery for inspection, remove it from the inside and send it in a protected plastic bag inside the same package, along with your Roomba.
• Wrap your Roomba in bubble wrap or other shock-absorbing material and place it in a box that fits snugly, is not loose, and is well protected.
• If you're keeping the original box and want to use it for shipping, wrap Roomba in a trash bag before placing it in the box to prevent scratching on cardboard.

The price of the maintenance service includes the service itself and the return transport. You will only have to pay once and it will always be at the time of contracting the service.

At the time of purchase, we will present you with the different possible payment methods and you can choose the one that best suits you.

It has never happened to us, but certainly the possibility, although remote, exists.

We have contracted insurance with our transport company that would cover any loss or damage to the package.
